Description: Medium to tall tree. Leaves green,
ovate to
elliptic, 4-13 cm long, 2-5 cm wide. Lateral veins numerous with distinct
intramarginal vein. White flowers with white
globose fruit 8-20 mm in diameter. Flowering October to November. Fruiting May to August. Usually grows in littoral rainforest.

Propagation: Propagate with freshly collected
seed from ripe fruit (autumn –
winter). Remove skin and fruit from seed and plant immediately in clean seedling mix of 2/3 washed river sand and 1/3 peat moss or organic matter. Germination can take from 2-24 months. Plants can also be propagated from tip and semi-hardwood
cuttings taken in early autumn but are slow to strike. Plant rooting hormone can benefit process.
